My property was treated very well, the site was safe, secure and clean. The CLATTCO team was great and Tim's experience was an incredible asset. “As a non-resident owner and infrequent user of the cottage, it was a bit unnerving to embark on a large remodel project. We live over 1000 miles away, and had to rely on the recommendations of friends and family to select the contractor. Ironically, we were also engaged in a remodel of our home in Tennessee during this same time period. It's the truth when I say that the planning, communication and overall administration of the CLATTCO job was FAR superior to the performance of our own local contractor in Tennessee! We weren't around for the repair, but we can say that all items in the house appear to have been properly cared for.

The best thing about working with Tim is that he is responsive and pleasant. A close second is that he is amazingly competent with his administrative processes. The original bid, the job billings, the clarity of any change orders and his timely responses to any questions made our concerns about us managing this project from a distance disappear. I really do like the quality of work that CLATTCO did—but I must admit that no surprises in the cost of the project meant a lot to me too! I would finally add that my decorator was a bit grumpy at times, and I thought that Tim was a prince in the way he responded to her concerns. He really is a good guy.

In my career I have managed some of the largest hotels in America and I drive my wife crazy with a critical eye for detail. The CLATTCO job was a pleasure to see! The tile work in our shower was fairly intricate and it turned out beautifully. Downstairs in the living room, impressive attention was paid to trimming the floor tiles along the jutting rock fireplace. The grouting was also neatly done. The entire kitchen was gutted and replaced—it's beautiful! It is obvious that Tim and his team know what they are doing, and they care.

Everyone hopes to find a contractor you can trust to treat you fairly and to give you excellent results for your hard-earned money. CLATTCO is the company that does just that.
